What is it?
The <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
tag contains information about how much width your website needs for the browsers to render your page.
The width=device-width
means that the width of your website is whatever the width of the user's device.
The initial-scale=1
means that the default zoom level of your website is 100% or one.
Do you need to include it?
Yes, you may include it.
If you want to create a responsive website, you must include it.
